A: Honestly, just being so consistent with training and running with my crew.  The target races keep me motivated and being part of my R4R family.

Q: How would you describe your Runnin’ for Rhett experience to a child?

A: I would tell them that I have been part of R4R for a long time and that I enjoy running with my friends, getting in shape, and pushing ourselves to get stronger, keep at it, and build in rest days.  R4R has been a positive experience and has encouraged me so much that I can move into life.
